BUCK-TICK is a Japanese rock band from the 1980's (and are still around, but not as punk/glam. They didn't really look like this, but Achika is afraid of mall-goths, and mohawks remind her of the drummer of the band.
The title is "bakuchiku" (how you pronounce the name of the band in Japanese). Bakuchiku is also the sound a firecracker makes 8D!
